It’s a great platform, I’ve already done it. I need to migrate my existing 3cx phone switch from a pi with SD card to a pi with SSD boot. Any suggestions?
Czy do obslugi 3cx wymagany jest publiczny IP od ISP? Chcialbym zrobic sobie to w domu z połączeniem tego z jakims VOIPowym numerem telefonu, ale nigdzie nie moge znalezc info, czy pu liczne IP jest wymagane, a mam tylko prywatne od mojego ISP... Bede wdzieczny za wszelkie info.
In the end you say if we have our port forwarding ready we will be able to log in using the provided links. How exactly do you do that. I followed the video but in the end I can not log into to the dashboard... Can you tell me what else I have to do?
@@HOTKEY404 I will be looking forward to it! Is it absolutely necessary to set up port forwarding in order to use the 3cx server that I have set up. I thought that since its hosted locally on my raspberry that I will be able to access it from my home network without any problems and will need port forwarding only if I try to reach it outside my network?
@@hristianhristov9752 3CX requires port forwarding to work. Without that you may access it ... just replace the final link with your local IP. It will throw certificate mismatch but you will be able to login
@@HOTKEY404 thanks a lot i have a question , it is about connecting to android phone with 3cx application , but the button of the extentions of these 2 phones is red which means that they are not connected any solutions thanks a lot you r doing great
Usually the first thing to check is Firewall ..... to be specific .... if your phone can "see" the 3CX. You should be able to contact you reseller for support with those matters. Still .... the next video in 3CX series will be about firewall configuration so maybe you'll find it helpful.
