Can we use 3M primer like 94 primer instead 3M promoter W9910? Now we can't buy W9910 only have general primer94. Could you recommend other promoter we can find in Thailand?

Hello, I work at a company that manufactures wind blades and we use this type of tape to protect LEP. I would like a tip on how to adjust this tape well so that water bubbles are not left.

1lt water, 10gr soab and 100ml İP Alcohol. Apply by pressing with the necessary apparatus. Don't forget to wet the band.

For later repairs, if the 3m technician was cleaning the promoter he would have removed this step 🤣

After removing the tape, scrape with a soft tool with mankewich paint thinner.

Hi - thanks for asking. 3M™ Wind Blade Protection Tape is used to protect wind turbine blade surfaces from damage caused by minor impacts and erosion due to rain, sand, dirt, or other debris. It is made from a translucent polyurethane elastomer that is designed to resist puncture, erosion and UV rays.

@@3MCanada which in turn will make it more efficient by preventing all of the mentioned above (protection from erosion, impacts with sand, debris, etc etc) preventing all the blemishes and minor damage to the blade so that it cuts through the wind like a hot knife through butter since all those small blemishes and imperfection would cause drag therefore making the blade more like a butter knife cutting through a tender and juicy steak diminishing its efficiency and power output since it would be going slower rather than at its peak/maximum performance.
