Rebecca installs a closed loop drip irrigation system for the vegetable garden. No more wrestling with the hose!
The irrigation system only took a couple of hours to install and watering the vegetable garden is now as easy as turning on the tap. Rebecca talks you through the whole installation process as well as the products we have used.
This drip irrigation system is also far more efficient than watering with a hose as the drips target the plants' roots so there is less surface evaporation.

Welcome to Living in the Loire, we are a young family in rural France, renovating previously poorly converted barns. We aim to do most of the work ourselves, being as frugal and as eco as possible!
