Never blindly cut wires, make sure the transformer is not powered up or just unplugged. The wire strippers this gentleman is TRYING to use are junk , you can buy a good set of wire strippers for less than $40.
@11:43 Sir that is completely horrible how you put those wires in those screw terminals, please don't show other people to be so daft, that's prob why your other transformer gave up on you, shotty wiring habits lead to voltage leaks, breaks, and shorts. Please call an electrician to do any and all wiring for you, sheesh for someone trying to show people how to do something you could atleast do it correctly and safely.
