This is how to install a front lip on your Subaru using threaded rivet nuts with a riveting tool. Installing it this way allows you to quickly and easily install and remove your front lip, splitter, etc. in the future MUCH easier, faster, and without having to remove your bumper multiple times. It was pretty easy to DIY!
