You say in other videos that service will be required on these aluminum perforated gutter guards. How do you service them. Take them all off after they are screwed on? What is the sense of putting them on then?
I NEVER stated service is required. What’s required is to be proactive meaning monitor your gutters make sure they are flowing properly. All it takes is a quick observation during a rain or two. Most times the gutter guard will never have to be serviced or ever removed. I selected a perforated aluminum gutter guard that works well for my situation however, I wanted to upgrade by adding the strips of "gutter edge". The Link you posted for the gutter edge strip is not working and cannot be "found". Can you provide a new link that works for those 7'+ gutter edge strips? Are those strips available still?
Super gutter is basically a box gutter type. I have installed on both over the years. The recommended type gutter guard can fit. You will possibly have to modify. Measure the width of the top and buy the size guard accordingly, maybe buy the black color. gutteredge.com/products/gutter-guard-shur-flo-the-recommended-type
I've been thinking lately don't you think when your installing a guard that screws into the front and back it acts as a hanger so you probably don't need hangers ? Just a idea I had
Yes, that is possible and it works. I have installed and removed that system over the years. Leaf relief sells that type of gutter guard option Leaf Relief “Leaf Relief Continuous Hanging System”. It clips on like a hanger so no hangers needed. It’s pretty nice, the only problem is to many hands in the ownership of the system, super over priced. It is a recommended type👍
