This product is fundamentally flawed. When you turn it 'off', you actually have not. All that you have done is turn off the feed to the shower head. The hot water pipe and cold water pipe are actually in contact with each other still. Still 'live'. So the system relies on both being at equal pressure.
This is just the box, maybe you're referring to some actual control panel, but you're commenting on the wrong video if it's true, this is just 4 pipe ends into a plastic box.
@@RacedriverMuhaha I am not sure what Martin said. When the water turned off, it is turned off. Why only the feed to the shower head? Isn't all pressure balance the same?

habe armaturen gekauft weil die qualität beim einbau immer gut war aber mnittlerweile bekommt man auch hier nur noch plastik schrott und das für viel geld eine schande das ihr euch nicht schämt
This is the part that was not installed in most of our showers. Would have directed a leak to drain into the tub and not into the wall. I found it in my master shower but it was chopped up as the depth of plumming was not correct or the Plummer that installed didn't know what they were doing or didn't want the extra work to allow proper installation.
