Adding a lighted vanity mirror is a sure way to improve the "fancy" factor of any bathroom or powder room. In this video I show how to install a lighted mirror during a bathroom remodel project. I demonstrate the complete installation process including determining the mirror mounting location, installing the required electrical circuit, and mounting the mirror to the finished bathroom wall.

Adding a vanity mirror, like the Sterling lighted mirror shown in this video, is similar to hanging a picture. The location of the mirror is determined, mounting brackets are installed on the wall, and the mirror is hung from the brackets. The big trick, and potentially complicated part of hanging a lighted mirror, is that a switched electrical outlet must be installed in a proper position behind the mirror. In this video I show how the electrical circuit is installed for the mirror when then bathroom drywall has been removed and the wall framing is accessible.
