question, i have the msd 2 step , it’s all wired up correctly the last owner had it done and he showed me a video of it working and shooting flames, i’ve been trying to mess with it myself but it doesn’t work, i have led lights for the tails the ones that are built in the tail light , could it not be working because of the tails as well? because you said it’s somehow connected to cruise control, i haven’t tested my cruise control tbh lmao but jus a thought ?

possibly, i’m not sure how the msd is set up exactly but it could be based off the same wiring setup, but my issue was because i took my halogen bulbs and replaced them with led, and then switched them back to halogen to fix the problem.

i'd believe it would be similar to this install, same chassis just different year. i think with it being an older model there might be a slight difference on where the wiring is tapped into but for the most part pretty similar 👍

Can you put the led bulbs back into the tail lights after programming it?

i'd say no, just because the problem i was facing was from the led bulbs being in there from the beginning, with them being in my cruise control didn't work and on my car that's what it was tapped into. could it be tapped into another source? maybe, but i'm not 100%. I was just following the instructions given by n2mb 👍👍
