Forgot to tell y’all. If your clutch cable is already stretched. Back the adjuster out a little more than I did before you start the process. My cable is brand new. So it might be a little different for you if already have a lot slack on your perch!!!!!!
One other little edit for the people watching: some kits come with two studs, one long one short, the shorter one is for a stock clutch which 99% of people use. The longer stud is for the 8 plate setup. Don't use the longer stud with the stock clutch or it will grind into the cover.
$40 will save you a lot of time and hassle, fixed a few where the rod welds to the bearing. It's ugly, expensive, and time consuming. Good video and narrations by chipmunk Tony 😂
