Plz do the next video, explaining all the wheel fitments for previous wheels and new wheels to be fitted etc., I'm really looking forward to do this to my car *Fingers crossed* :D
I dont know, the kit and the wing does not look so good, like it is too much or it is made for another car. Anyways, I love your work and your builds so I hope it looks awesome when its finished.
well it just needs spacers now, after the spacers are installed the car should look normal. I wish they actually added the final build at the end but oh well
Great episode 👌 love how explanation of drilling, cutting and prepping for wide body.👌 Throtl team giving me many ideas how to do things on my S-14 like flocking, coilovers and etc. Keep bringing it 👍👍👍
As much as the widebody kit looks awesome but I gotta advise on not using fiberglass as the material. I used it for like 2 years tops and it started to crack . A better one would be 3d printed or just aluminium metal. Not too tight on the nuts and bolts on the fiberglass because they are actually fragile than they look. Id use a rubber washer to protect the fiberglass from being scratch cracked by the rotating bolt and vibrations. Good content guys 😊
Thank you guys for this video and specifically on the e92 N54 platform; very few people running full builds these days on my car. Also, I just watched another channel’s video on installing a widebody kit for an e92 335i and it made me cringe. Thank you again for a well done video and result.
Throtl ViP squad Good afternoon Mickey, Rickie, Evan, Rick, Victor awesome video on the street fighter wide body BMW kit it would be awesome if street fighter made a cool Miata kit for the NA 🤔👍😃
Got to love C.A.D (Cardboard Aided Design)...😂😂😂 In all seriousness, it's probably the smartest thing that I have ever see; You can get the rough shape of what you need and you can fit it as close as you can so you only need to cut it once or twice (which saves time AND money). Then after its what you want you can just "polish it up."
Mickey I love the content and your knowledge base. With all do respect my man, you gotta wear a mask or respirator when grinding the fiberglass from when you had to separate it from the over fender. Gotta protect those lungs my guy! Over fender install looks great btw!
As much as I respect you guys and the skills you have, for me this totally ruins the look of the car. But still interested how this turns out after painting and new wheel fitting!
Uuufff coming real nice and 14:51 Ricky is working wit the Thingy Malingys the new name for the overfenders 😂😅🤣😂🤪😜😂🤣 me he reído tanto jajajajaa keep the good job 💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
use POR 15 Mickie on the bare metal inner's that Rickie made it protects better against rust since it is a very high zinc phosphate primer paint i switched to it when I talked to my paint guy. He said it is allot like etch prime but better any rust can get coated and it converts it to a phosphate shell stopping it died in its tracks and it also protects bare metal from rust and they also have chassis black paint to spray over that and its double protected.
You do great work..I have a 325xi bmw wagon 2006 if u want you can take it n use it for content n I can wait until you decide it..plus I haven't see a wagon kit yet it will be nice..I don't mind waiting. .
Am I the only one who thought of those cars from the 2000's that had custom diy body kits made out of foam and a metric ton of body filler as soon as I saw sponsored by bondo
Mickey, have you guys considered getting a small planisher for doing that metal work? it would definitely help you guys get some of those more funky shapes a little easier, with a little practice they're easy to use.
Fiber layup looked really good, and the body kit looks awesome on this car! Super aggressive I love the look (unfortunately the street fighter kit is too rich for me 😂😭) nice vid boys 🤘
Can you guys do a Panther chassis Lincoln Towncar build sometime? Like '04-2011? And do like everything you would do with a big BMW or Mercedes....And swap out the 225HP 4.6 for a coyote or something?
I have a black 2003 Mercedes clk 320 in immaculate condition. How much does it cost approximately for a wide body kit installed to the finished product?
@@SekeNoLike the fact that its not smooth anymore. It makes it look like a Miata or S13 driftcar to me. A BMW should be elegant and smooth. Even with a widebody ( in my opinion )
@@e36fanatics if someone builds a car for themselves and records every detail of it to post on the internet on a channel with hundreds of thousands of followers, it’s definitely not for himself; and also, he posted it to the internet, for everyone and anyone to see, and give their opinions on.
Could you possibly make your bmw paint job look like the one from nfs prostreet grip king ...i still haven't seen that done on a real bmw and i think the outcome would be amazing! P.S. keep up the great work you guys are amazing as well :D
Are these flares universal? Been looking for a rocket bunny style kit for a chevy sonic rs hatchback and have came across nothing. Any help would be great!
The definition of wide body has really changed. Wasn’t that long ago flares like this were known as just that, wheel arch flares. And a wide body was like a whole 1/4 replacement, so the whole fender was wider not just the wheel arch.
Why couldn't you just use fiberglass for underneath and then it will make it water tight then using metal which then eventually water will get find that metal and rust it out?
