Great video! Looks like you were lucky enough to find a 986 with litronic headlights...sweet! The Navtech PCM disc that came with my '02 is for U.S. only so I wound up replacing my stock radio with a Pioneer double din unit to get GPS & iPod but lost the CD changer in the process....there's always a trade off I guess.
Steven Jase hey man ..I did mine and at same time did the clutch and it ran me 2,800 $ to me it was with it ..mine is a 2001 boxter S ...and I’m gonna start doing my own oil changes ..found some vids that help out
Hi, I have a CDR 220 in a 2001 Boxster. When I hit the Source button, it just goes from Radio to CD... I thought when I plugged in the Bluetooth connector in the back right it would come up with an AUX option, but it didn't. Any idea why? Should it show an AUX option before that's plugged in?
where do you find the code? I bought my 2000 Boxster through private sale. Is in somewhere in the owners manual...I wouldn't even know where to look? Thanks
Hi. I have a CR-210 in my "97 Boxster. I've swapped out the blue CD/Aux plug, but I don't know how to program the deck. How do you do that to enable AUX via the "S" button?
Its more about what radio you have, not what Porsche. I have the cr-220. Also this uses a portion of the cd changer port so if you have a cd changer you would need to unplug this to make it work.
I have the cdr24. The guy that's had it before me seems to have installed an old Nokia handfree device. I haven't got the tools to pull it out and have a look at the back yet
Just head to my website rtcg.tv and click on the parts store button in the upper right. All of the parts that use in my videos will be there. That one is called laagie for porsche.
