I stumbled onto your post purely by accident. I was Looking for an easy to follow loc extensions and you popped up. I love your no nonsense .... calm straight to the point approach. The lighting is clean and more importantly as clumsy as I am I believe I can actually do this. Lastly....I’m not a rap fan. It’s a bit out of my league and my age range but once in a while one of them makes me sit up and pay attention. Like this one, So Hard to Breath. I played it four times just to hear those poignant lyrics. Thanks for both.
I'm so glad that I found your channel I love this style I was going to do the locks but my hair is soooo fine and I'm scared of ripping it right out of my scalp LOL with the heaviness..........
Your so gorgeous!!!! I recently did this same method (first time and it took ten hours and I failed quite miserably). But seeing your video makes me want to reinstall mine! Could you show a video of you styling the twists? How many months do you leave this up? Thanks Chica!
Okay question for those who are semi new to this video like me, did she twist the hair to the left and cross over to the right in order to retwist to the right?😂
high love what you are doing I wish I could have see the package the hair came in this is what I am trying to do and this length how can I get in touch with you wanted to ask you some more questions
Hi Rissa. As your hair grows you simply maintenance (palm roll or interlock) the roots and once you feel your hair is at a comfortable length you can either 1. take the extensions out or 2. leave them in and gradually clip the ends if they get too long. Its best though to not start the extensions if you are going to lock too long, unless you prefer them that way, if you are going to cut the ends as your own hair grows, because the end me be blunt, by which if that is the case you would have to pull and manipulate the ends of the extensions to maintain smooth sealed ends. With blunt ends sometimes even dipping in hot water still wont seal it. So use your judgment. Thanks for watching!!!
I was stopping and starting but altogether to do my own hair it took about 6 hours on my clients hair depending on size and amount of hair it can take anywhere from 4-6 hours.
