can i do anything with a Asus ZenFone AR V570KL, Verizon exclusive specs are 6gb ram 128gb storage havent found much info only has android 7 wondering if you have to put android 11 on first or is there a different way or just cant do anything with it just wondering my mom gave me the phone and works fine and its fast just wanna try to update it and wont do it threw the update on the phone its self i have windows pc so just trying to figure it out

I have Realme Narzo 30 4g with Mediatek G95. I am running Lineage 20. Custom roms are available for mtk devices. Just might not be an official port though.
