Did the iDrive knob work well on android mod? Mine cant work well its like running around when i just touch it so forcefully I have to use the touch screen. So far by my surprise it does works with logic 7 and in DAC mode
I have a problem my kilometar hour go crazy up and down,and te lights in the car are on,and on the navigation it says “Electronics! stop vehicle carefully Cruise control failure!Set time and date” And on the kilometar hour is DSC turned on,ABS.What is the problem,when I connect my old navigation screen 6.5inch all is ok,but when I plug this android than this appears.Help me 🙁
Does the factory CCC need to be working to use this android unit. My current E60 CCC no longer works and was thinking of using this unit as a replacement.Thanks
Hello Milo, there is aux out in my harness i havent noticed one in yours. If i dont connect there will be no sound from android? Mine is 4.4 ver and i gonna try to replace it tomorrow with original one ccc
Hello i have heard that if you install android system it effects the quality of the sound system most likely underseat subwoofers dont work properly, is it true ? And if any other problem can you let us know please Thanks

Are wiring harnesses going to new Android base screen matches up with original screen ? Hi Milo Liu, i have BMW e60 from 2005, i´m technician of BMW but i have a lot of Poltergeist, at first i have a lot of noise, sound of bad ground wire (Little crashes, sound of rpm motor etc...). Of course the ground wire connect of the screen is correct and good secured with adhesive tape. The second thing, is that music not sound from de Android system, only i can connect by Bluethood from my smartphone, but the sound not very good because the noises from bad ground wire. The navigation none connect, only i can by the app EasyCon...Maybe do you know something of theses? 10000000 thanks!!
It makes no sense why you removed and disconnected the CD player? What was that all about, it appears all you have to do it remove the screen and replace it.
I fitted one of these in my 5 series ccc version however it only loads up on the android display, I can't get it to my original idrive display at all, has anyone else experienced this? Some help plz
