start SteamSetup
This is an updated video about how to install any program on your windows device without an admin password. If you want to run specific software, just copy the name of the installer and replace it with the SteamSetup name! on the .bat -file. Problems? Comment below!
Choose all files when saving the .bat file.
Simply create a new folder on the desktop call it "Steam" for example, then choose that folder when installing the setup.

This works for programms, who have to be ran as adminstrator when just clicked on it. It won't work if it asks you for admin later like during the installation. Does somebody knows how to bypass this?

If you are downloading something that needs the admin password when you open something like the launcher, then you can't use this method. I tried this on genshin impact. It doens't work because you need the admin password to open the launcher. I just reccomend asking your guardian to put it in and keep to launcher open on your computer. (Late response, I know.)

In the program if you skip to the line under “start Steam” and put “pause” it should work. Create an empty folder in downloads as well and it should work perfectly

Tip for all who can't get it to work- check the spellings, I misspelled it as "COMPACT" instead of "COMPAT" and it didn't work. Also, when installing, you might get error message related to not being able to write or open a program, for this you should keep your installation location on some other folder other than Program Files. I tried the same Desktop folder which I made for the setup, and it worked. Bye then, good luck.

To be honest, this doesn't allow you to not enter password, it just skips the password entering processes, most programs will request you about it again (ex. Adobe Illustrator).

Sorry but surely this only works if what you are running does not need Admin privilages to run/install? If it did, surely it would not work as surely you cant "bypass UAC" as it would be a major security breach and make UAC pointless?
