Just bought a TV today, 6/15/24. There is no APP to the far left, instead it's above. Clicking on that does not get to the screen you have. There is no search function in the upper right. You have to scroll all the way down to find it. Whoever designed this didn't make things easy.

@@vj_karthick If you have the same home screen I have, click on APP, then scroll all the way down and you will see settings. Click on that and search for the app you're looking for.

@@vj_karthick On the home page there is a search function on the left. Click on that, then at the very top of the screen is a search box. Go there, press the circle button on the remote and a keyboard will appear on the screen. Just click on the letters of whatever you're searching for.

@@WebproeducationOrgTechnology I do not want to downgrade samsung tizen firmware. I wish to downgrade (uninstall latest update) an app like Spotify, apple tv. I am facing some issue with latest update. I tried resetting the tv and smart hub, but nothing is working. how to downgrade an app
