Sir to be on safer side headlight ke sath nahi karna chahiye kyunki agar koi fault aaya to headlight bhi band ho sakti hai...better to keep the connection separate for safety reasons

Nope, for that you will need an additional 12vdc to 24vdc step up converter which will result in some power losses and increase the electrical load on your car's electrical circuitry, alternator and battery...I will recommend you to use 12v one

Yes sir you can but I will not advice because if something goes wrong with the auxiliary lights then it may blow up the highbeam fuse also and that may comprise the safety during night.

Oh, if it's Volkswagen then it could have canbus protocol so please don't give any additional load to any of the existing loads, what you can do is, you can drive a SPST 12v 15amp relay from the headlamp and take direct connection from the battery using a separate wiring

Hello sir, the glass is fixed to the body with sealant, snap locks and screws, first locate all screws and remove them, then you need to heat the edges of the glass using a heat gun in order to loosen the sealant (be careful with heat gun as it can melt and damage the plastic parts), after heating the glass periphery you need to pry out the glass using screw driver or prying tools. Start from one edge and move along, be patient while doing this.

The load is not that much, the fog lamp relay which is already there can cater the load of additional 5-10amps, but yes to be on the safer side you may install an additional one

Top model comes with fog lamps, it should be there, is your car equipped with fog lamps? For wiring pls remove the bumper and check near the fender lining and windshield washer bottle

@@MechanicallyYours thare is one coupler along with the windshield washer motor is that the wire for both left and right fog ligths

@@khadarvali4507 ok, hope it's a 2 position connector, first check the power supply using a multimeter or a 12 v bulb and check the function of fog lights switch inside the cabin. If it is working fine then you are good to go👍...keep me posted buddy

Bro, can't say anything about challan, but as far as I know, I think lights should not have more wattage than the stock headlamps and should be mounted below the headlamps

Hi, great question, so as per my knowledge any lights above Stock headlights are illegal and the auxiliary light should not exceed the luminosity of the stock headlamps,2nd point, any accessories which may cause hazard to pedestrians and may interfere with the vehicle dynamics or safety features is illegal so in short most of these are considered as illegal modification.....I will not recommend anyone to install any illegal stuff...thanks

Good question, I am not sure about the exact guidelines but as far as I know fog lights can be installed below the headlights and should not exceed the wattage more than the stock headlights... anyways I think one should avoid such modifications just to be on safer side and to avoid any legal troubles...thanks I will check with the RTO and will confirm.

@@sheikhziya5048 no need of painting it, Manza's headlamp comes with 3 different parts which are assembled together, 1st is rear body which integrates both barrel reflectors, then the outer reflector and then the acrylic lens, you just need to remove the outer reflector for the black look.

Yes you are right these lights can be called as flood light but the reason I called them fog light is because of limited beam pattern and concentrated focus. They don't spread like a flood light so we can call it as auxiliary fog lights only.
