I’m not responsible for any damage do your research before installing a bigger turbo, also I forgot to mention you will need bigger injectors, subscribe and enjoy
Great Video Explaining the first steps to go bigger turbo. I would like to add that the line running in front of the timing cover (coolant feed line for the stock turbo) It can simply be removed and blocked off from the coolant pipe using a vacuum cap you can find at any Parts store. As for the coolant return on the side of your block, that can be blocked off too with a simple screw that’s the same thread size & rubber seal. That’s if you decide to run a oil cooled only turbo and have no use for the coolant and want to clean up any unnecessary hoses in your engine bay.
Right but i still dont get the engine bay vent thing the way i have is this , waste gate -> boost controller -> turbo . Thats it , but the original waste gate selenoide from the original turbo , just there cause if i unplug it it will give me the engine check light , now , the way you have seems to be all conected and to the intake manifold also , my question is , is it good the way i have it or is it better the way you have it in your car ??
I can give u an idea of the way i didi it , was buying 10an fitting from IE performance directly screws to ur oil pan and hose u can make it using a steel braided oil line coming down from turbo for the return line
A C I customized this one and weld the vband to it www.ebay.com/itm/RACING-HIGH-FLOW-CAT-DOWN-TEST-PIPE-EXHAUST-CONVERTER-97-05-AUDI-A4-B5-B6-PASSAT/122757052403?fits=Year%3A2001%7CModel%3AA4%7CMake%3AAudi&hash=item1c94e3f7f3:g:qfgAAOSwc9hZ5NsV

@@Boosted_Villain but how I can get monitors for obd ready? I got stage 2 and the tunning eliminate the rear o2 sensor but cat monitor for obd won't get ready if I eliminate all the evap and all that how I can get ready to pass odb monitors that is my main concern
@@Boosted_Villain that is the problem I'm a inspector and dmv requires to plug computer at the shop in order to pass and is directly connected to dmv if CEL is on o monitor not ready the inspection machine won't approve the sticker. I see some plugs eliminator that people sell in internet so I can delete evap and air injector pump but monitors won't get ready. So in order to do this I need someone that reprogram monitors. Do you know someone? Thanks for answering my questions
