20 year Instrument Tech here. Problem: New Fisher 6200 on new Fisher rotary valve with 24VDC Delta V supply (AO card), shield landed at fuse block. Emerson AMS TREX & 475 "NO COMMUNICATION" & "NO VOLTAGE DETECTED". Reading 6.3VDC Fluke 789. Loop power disconnected at DVC = 24VDC with 789. Check wire resistance, disconnected at DVC and Delta V fuse: + to - = OL, + to shield = OL, - to shield = OL. Homerun = GOOD. Check loop resistance from DVC to Delta v card, disconnected at DVC: + to shield = OL, + to - = 25M, - to shield = 92K. To verify DVC, connected another new DVC to DeltaV at valve, SAME THING, "NO VOLTAGE DETECTED", "NO COMMUNICATION". End to end homerun loop check = "OL" on all ckts. Valve strokes through DVC using 789 4-20mA and TREX supplied power, but NO COMMS & NO VOLTAGE DETECTED with Delta V 24VDC loop power. WTF?!
Hello Sir Like your Video. Sir if Valve is Air to Open then Index Mark marking where to align the Magnet its markingb alighn with respect to alignment kit marking. Also sir in Positioner haul sensor or in grove their is also one small horizontal line ie for what purpose.
Like Video Sir, Sir if Air to open valve the Magnet alignment with ready made bracket coming much Magnet Marking,But Magnet marking &_alignment plate marking must match or Magnet have 3 marking lines that marking where to be match.o
