Available now is Rufus 4.4 and Clover 5157. It seems there is no 5157.iso after unzip it. Just the image file without .iso There are few questions. Why to use diskpart and explorer++ when you do not do anything with them according to video?. Just showing what is there ? If you see the resulted usb content, there is a config.plist file with a URL link to apple DTD. But during boot no Internet yet. May be that is why mine always freezing, newer see Clover logo on my Windows machine. In addition to these, in this file the DefaultVolume is LastBootedVolume so it cannot be used like this to boot Win10 from other (nvme) device wich is my primary purpose to use clover USB stick.
Thanks for sharing your experience and observations! It sounds like you've encountered some challenges with the process. Regarding diskpart and explorer++, they were included in the video to demonstrate the initial setup steps, although they may not have been explicitly utilized. As for the config.plist file and its link to the Apple DTD, it seems like there might be a discrepancy between the intended functionality and the actual boot process. Have you considered adjusting the DefaultVolume setting to better align with your Win10 boot from another device goal? It could be worth experimenting with different configurations to achieve your desired outcome.
