I have a 13 Altima Coupe last year model but I’m assuming their mostly all the same, because Nissan didn’t really change much about the coupe but here and there

That was a nice video it's gonna help me a lot thanks also I bought some coilvers for my 2015 altima ain't dropping the car or anything like that I just want them cause I hear it makes the driving more smoothly do you any the measurements for regular high?

If you do this yourself....get some grease for the bolts and take measurements of before and after. You also wanna insure no rubbing will incur

what happens when you don’t remove the rear springs? would it be stiffer than ever?

It will be very bouncy you need to remove them if you are going coils over strut in the rears. Not all cpilovers require this step as some come with new springs to replace. D2 are true coil over struts in the rear.

Does altima coupe and sedan have the same suspension??? I have a 2010 SR and trying to replace the suspension but I can’t tell it the sedan shocks and struts will fit coupe? Would you happen to know?

Hey bro do you know how to reach the top of the rear coilovers to adjust the dampening? I have gotten through the trunk and no luck getting there.

When bolts get stuck like that, get a bar like the one you use on you're jack and put it on your breaker bar for more leverage.

+Lucky Gomez I actually used my Jack bar as leverage but what happen was the bolt was rotating internally without screwing out. Basically it was bending the opposite side of the shock making things worse so I ended up cutting the shock to take it out. A few people had that issue mainly due to rust. Thanks for the feedback!

I just bought the same coilovers. I will be installing these over the weekend. Did you install anything in the rear to adjust your camber? How much negative camber did you get when you lowered it?

+Brandon Haas Congrats on getting the coils! I didn't install any camber arms BUT I will be getting spc camber arms soon because I'm tucking in the rear and my camber is pretty off and can't be fixed unless I have the camber arms. If your not slammed and lower it just enough, you should be good but I do recommend getting the camber arms just to have the proper alignment done afterwards

Do the rear bushings for the 2013 altima coupe also fit the 2008 altima coupe? When I click on the first link it brings me to a 2013 altima knuckle bushing. When I change it to a 2008 altima, it brings me to a mount bushing. I'm very confused lmao, help please!

+Danny Booth The bushings are the same for all the Coupe Models, just use the part number below. If you go by the picture it will show you the wrong part which I went through. Nissan will get very confused when it comes to ordering so as long as you have this part number, you should be fine regardless of the Year since all coupes are the same

You buy a wrench that torques it to a specific requirement that is usually given by the manufactures. But typically if you tighten it good enough you should be fine. That's the torque range, but it's best use the middle number, which, in this case, is 104 ft lbs.

How does the car drive without the independent strut and spring for the rear?

+Xavier Cajamarca Honestly I love it! The stability is great, especially when turning, and overall just feel more stable throughout the drive. With dampening adjustments I can really dial in the settings I want. It's definitely on the bouncy side but that's because I'm literally tucking my stock wheels on the back

is it hard to take off the brake lines and put them back on ? im going to install coilovers tomorrow on my altima

You don't need to take them off completely just move them to the side and make sure to zip tie and secure them properly once the coils are in so they don't rub against the tire. If you do remove the brake line then you'll need to bleed the brakes again so I wouldn't recommend completely removing them.

An impact gun will solve that problem. You can’t forced it using breaker bar. I did mine with impact gun it came off right away.

It's pretty much the same thing because your not eliminating the spring it's just altered to a different location which is on the coilover.

+Will Godinez Honestly the ride is not bad at all, I have the dampening set mid way point at around 16 clicks and it's pretty good. Not too hard, not too soft although it is more on the stiffer side. It is not as good as stock but handling wise it's really good which is why I chose these. I will make an in depth video of my review on these soon

+Will Godinez I was going to go with BC before but since D2 goes the lowest on our cars I wanted to get these for the set up I am planning but over all BC and D2 I would say are the best and top of the line for our cars as well as KSport
