Daedalus X64 is a new generation of Nintendo 64 emulator.
Be honest I'm not a fan of this. It still needs a lot of work to get roms to run smoothly.
I suggest sticking to everything up to the Super Nintendo and call it a day.

Good video. I'm having a bit of an issue though, upon hitting search or when i try to assign rom path, i get a error and i have to restart the app.. Do i need to be on a certain firmware or something? Dont know what i could be doing wrong.. :l

IAM on firmware 3.60. IAM unsure if you need to be on a certain firmware.. I have mine setup as ux0:roms I don't believe you actually need to load the rom files into the actual Daedalus folder to make it work. I uninstalled it, I didn't like it. Don't think they will ever come out with a fully working emulator for the 64. I've done that video long time ago I don't recall the steps. I don't believe I had to do anything special. What kinds of errors are you getting?

@@DaveBudness Thanks for the swift response.. I am on 3.73 with henkaku. The exact error message I'm getting reads: "An error has occurred in the following application. (C2 - 12828 - 1) Saved Core file Succeeded. ux0:data/psp2core-1604191011-0x00001e23a9-eboot.bin.psp2dmp"

@@Ivan5642 Youre welcome. It's nice to have push notices on cellphone. But, are you always getting this error? You could always try RetroArch. Just delete that error message file through VitaShell. Why not downgrade to 3.60 or 3.65??

@@DaveBudness I actually got it to work brother. i deleted a bunch of cores i downloaded from retroarch. i think they were conflicting with daedalus somehow. thank you on not only my behalf but everyone who youve helped with this video.

Wow, I was so close to having it set-up right but I pulled the ROM path from FileZilla, meaning my path was "/ux0:/ROMs". The dang slash at the beginning of the path broke it. Should've been "ux0:/ROMs". Dumb.

Umm.. I don't recall I thought I showed you how to do it. I don't have the vita next to me. But, If you go to the playlist I believe you can add content. it will scan your ux0:rom folder for the files. takes sometime. www.cfwaifu.com/retroarch-ps-vita/
