Everytime I try to install it, it says a newer version is installed and that it isn't necessary, But on my Directx features on the dxdiag page it says Directx12 is disabled.

Ok so my pc already says it has direct x12 in dxdiag but when i go to next page it says it is disabled. It also says my system dosent support it in game bar. Any way to fix this?

If you are solved this problem please say me. But you can go to control panel and go programs and features then click turn windows features on or off see Legacy components and then click plus ( +) key in that . And You can see direct play . Finally tick this and Click OK .

failed at initializing, the popup say "setup could not download the file. Please retry later or check network connection". ofcourse my wifi work fine since i can watch this youtube so what is my problem? Edit : i try download the offline setup but its still say disable
