How to install exhaust on 2020 yfz450r 

Thank you and yes the rp racing exhaust sounds awesome in my opinion one of the best sounding systems out

I did not change gasket and unfortunately I sold it so I do not have any drive by videos that I can think of i will look threw some videos later and if I do I’ll post it for you

@@mchevownr yea and I sold the whole quad I’m not much of a quad guy I like my dirt bikes better so I didn’t ride the yfz much

Understood! No problem. I’m in the process of installing the rp system and came across the head pipe and the mid pipe not fitting into its locations due to the OEM shock hitting the pipe. How did you overcome the very limited space to feed those pipes into? In your video you stopped filming and changed something. What was that? Any tips and tricks would greatly be appreciated! Thank you in advance.

@@mchevownr I put mine in piece by piece and the only thing it got hung up on was the parking brake cable bracket that’s mounted to the side cases of the motor so I pulled mine off and cut it in half and reinstalled it

I have not yet I’m waiting for my tuner tho it still runs and rideable but definitely beneficial with a tune

what tuner do you pair with this

@@jackpoland8604 I ended up going with a complete ecu from vortex racing

It does have a spark arrester but not sure on a quieter core insert they do have a longer muffler witch I’m assuming would be quieter
