Windows Error Update as of March 14, 2021 If you are using windows 10, please do not update your pc it may affect the printer you are using not just the printer you bought from us. If you already installed the new update, you can uninstall the latest updates from March 12-13, 2021. Turn off the automatic update for the meantime until Windows 10 solved the bug that affects the printers (not just GPrinter). For more info, kindly inform us. Thank you!
