You asked us so many times where via direct message: Where to buy the best GPS Bike Tracker from the video? Here it is: www.gps-tracker.info/produkt/gps-tracker-bicycle/
I got mine finally. It works but not inside my steel bike. I am going to try it in a carbon seatpost. When not in my steel seat tube, but in a bike bag, it works great. If only it could work invisibly inside my steel bike that would be wonderful. A carbon seatpost costs a lot but I will try it.
@@albertcorbert9465 sorry, mine took months due to shipping. I did get the bigger battery but it only lasts a month between charges. That is still better than others. I also had trouble with the SIM they sent so I opted for one from T-mobile. They have one for SMS messages only and it worked fine. I believe this GPS is more for cars but they adapted its use to bikes by making it smaller. It uses a web site which stores your routes and history. Not sure I like that but there may be a way of deleting old history. I have not tried yet. Also the charger I got was for Europe so I had to get an adapter from wallmart. Hope this helps.
I tried the carbon seat post and that did it. The unit will not transmit or possibly receive info inside a steel bicycle, only a carbon one. Neither did it work with an aluminum seat post.
once I installed the sim card from you guys, do I have to worry about it? ie: pay for services or something like that? and also would it be better if I get a local sim(Canada)?
Here's a really cool idea you could add on a charging magnet charger kind of like an apple iPad but they're making them for cell phones now this way you wouldn't have to take that wire and stick it outside just drill a small hole Magna tip to it
The GPS Bike Tracker works with the latest GPS Chip and GSM Triangulation Technology. As recommended place the tracker in the metal tube in the upper part of the bike frame and the signal reaches the tracker perfectly. We have tested that on many different bike models.
I would be interested if this tracker was usb. I want to mount in the adjacent part of the frame which you can only access by removing the crank set and bottom bracket, and use a smaller, lighter usb battery and run a usb cable from the charge port on the battery and out of the spare cable port on the frame. I would make the connections water tight as I have done with my external mounted batteries for use with gopro hero (which has an hours life otherwise) using rubber caps and silicone adhesive. Unfortunately, this product is still too easy to find and looks heavy. I don't mind if I have to charge once a month instead.
It's a very good working tracker so far., but it's so bad that the APP is crashing some times. I've heard that it's not optimized for iOS, but after a restart everything is back to normal
Nice product, but I have some questions: Is the provided battery rechargeable? If not, how much is it to replace it once it runs out of energy? Is a subscription necessary? Or does it begin to work once you've installed the activated sim card and calibrated it to your smartphone app? Also, will a steel framed bicycle affect it's reception performance at all?
Does this GPS tracker works in United states and if yes do I buy the sim card that comes with it or do I buy a sim card from the country I'll be using it ? Also where does this ship from and what's the shipping time ?
Yes it worjs in United States as well worldwide. You can buy our SIM Card for $35. The credit lasts 1 year! You can as well use any other local SIM Card. The shipping time is 5-7 days.
Yes of course the product is still available. Please don't hesitate to do the checkout again. There are multiple order per day from different customers, there shouldn't be any issue with payment normally. Thank you in advance.
My Mountain bike was stolen last friday and aoon i will buy another set of bike again because i really need a bike and soon i need to buy one of this.... can u help me where can i buy this stuff.... Thank You and Godbless
i ended up dropping the battery down the post tube and pushing the tracker up the seat post though it doesn't get signal through the seat post :( Get battery out by either fishing it with a hook or if you put in like i did by pulling the wires gently
@@1990jumanji For me it worked decent. I tracked my bike with it, but as I sold my bicycle as my knee does not do well any more ... I would also be willing to sell the bike tracker. Write me a PM if you are interested. Thanks
Attach something like link that I put in below and you wouldn't have to take the seat off the charger you just drill a hole and allowed in the magnet to attach to the power connection
@@gpstrackervideos And how do i recharge battery ? I can't use standart 5v,2A phone charger since there is no usb-C or Micro USB. I have special charger for Lithium batteries but i need to know what Amperage and Voltage do i need to set up for this battery ? And are batteries lithium at all ? Also where is input for battery ? Is it the same connection as output ?
This depends totally on your sim card supplier and the sim card contract he is selling. Some sim card keep their credit for 1, 6 or 12 month. You have to figger it out before you buy one.
No is what if someone decides to steal my bike with a tracking device on it takes it to a different state or a few counties over would I still be able to track it like is there only a certain range it can go up to
Yes you can order our products to Bangladesh as well! We offer free shipping worldwide. Please check our latest prices on www.gps-tracker.info/produkt/gps-tracker-bicycle/. We offer discounts at the moment. Thank you in advance!
Why do you say on the website and in videos that the battery last for 6 months? I have to charge it after 4 months.. still it's ok, but I do not see the point
Hello! Our batteries are tested in optimal condition. Being a Li-Ion battery, it's capacity may differ in hard usage conditions like for example in very cold countries. Thank you!
GPS trackers are so uncommon on bikes though. Unless it’s a high-end bike and a professional thief, I don’t think you really have to worry about them looking.
@@zackdoiver1959 congratulations, you could have bought a small smartphone for that purpose for like a £30 and it would work just as good with "find my device" by Google.
@@davidjoaquim2760 it's real, you can buy the tracker a lot cheaper on eBay though. The battery comes with it. It does not work though my metal seat post. Am considering cutting a hole for the battery wire and mounting the tracker under the seat instead.
uuuhhhhh.... using Apple Airtag and Samsung Smartag together would be much more cheaper and reliable than this and no need to buy another SIM card for the tracker.
