Hi. My crankshaft rod head bearing is worn out. Does 152qmi engines must have piston wrist clearance in rod? Can it only have play at PISTON-Piston wrist connection and Wrist-Rod can be fixed in place?

that is not a 180 cc big bore kit. 180 has to have case shaved in order to fit.

Typically you don't with most GY6 125/150cc for 171cc bolton. However for 190cc you want to make sure open your crankcase and measure make sure it's has a clearance bore opening of at least 65.2 mm for the outer skirt of cylinder ssp-g or Taida is 65mm. But if you're talking about the sspg kit you need to complete crankcase swap it from A block to a B Block, it needs to open if almost 65.2 mm to fit a 63 mm cylinder jug in there. Even if you can bore the A-block to be 65.2 mm the cylinder stud is 54 mm will not fit a 57 mm cylinder jug here in video. It's best to get the complete crankcase assembly however its only made for a long case A-block conversion or B-block longcase.

So quick question on these big bore kits weather its a 61 or 62 or 63mm cylinder with 54mm bolt spacing is it recommended to put a spacer on with gaskets on both sides to prevent hitting the top of the cylinder, or should you just run them away for precaution to be on the safe side.
