Can you tell me what the nuts are called that you use to mount the brakes?

They must have listened to you I just got mine in today and it comes with the little nut for that bolt the spacers needing trimmed are still an issue but all and all it’s a great kit

Do u have to take the stock brake bracket off? Will the brake fit on the stock one?

Yes it should work but if they sent a new one I would use that one. All of the brakes are different so you will have to look and see

I wanted to order that studz kit but it kept showing me out of stock. Il try again soon. Great video. The go power sports one doesn’t include the bracket which is what I need

Go Powersports now sells the kit. I bought mine from gps before they had the bracket and had to fab something.

Have you had an issue with the pads falling out at all??? I bought this kit and Everything is lined up perfectly but I cant seem to get them to stop falling out

That actually happened to me once when I was riding and I couldn't stop going 35 mph! It was scary lol. What the problem was is my break pads were worn down alot so I replaced them and it hasn't happened since. If your pas are fine. Take the break off and take it apart and take the pads out and press the break. Your piston will push out a little and reassemble it and it should be fine.

@@Guido19 this is when its brand new havent even put the engine on the bike yet haha. And it works fine at first when compressing but if you try to hit the brakes while moving it just take the pad right out

Nice vid man. thanks for the info. btw what type of camera do you use to record your stuff cause ive got the same frame with a 212cc tilitson racing engine and im trying to make my channel pop! My camera quality sucks

If anyone else is wondering you can also get a clutch brake and it works just as good

Ehhhh not really. Wouldn’t recommend as they don’t work that great at all if your pushing a lot of power like us and going over 45mph. They also rely on your chain too so if it were to fall off your screwed also clutch brakes are bad because it stretches out your chain a lot and puts unnecessary wear on parts. We’re doing 65mph+ and this hydraulic brake isn’t that great anymore. When I was stock going about 40mph this hydraulic brake was as perfect but I need to upgrade as it’s not adequate.
