This video installation tutorial is for Minecraft 1.16.4 or Minecraft 1.16, but this tutorial will also work for Minecraft 1.17 and beyond.

when i download the forge thing and press it, it says the same thing over and over again "this type of file can harm your device."

Just ignore it and click play. Forge is the number one mod loader for Minecraft so it's safe.

Just Paste citadel and iceandfire mod in mods folder and u must have forge 1.14 to 1.17.1 And it works for me if it dosent try to unnistall any other mods in the mods folder

Hey, I have a problème with the installation. Have the items and everything but nothing will generate in the world so it make the mod usless in a survival play I have installed the citadel in the right version also so I dunno if its just the mod who is like that or I just have to install another core mod

Ensure that the version of citadel, forge and the ice and fire mod that you've downloaded are all for the same version of Minecraft.

Try to run minecraft without the mod enabled And then try to run it with the mod.

If this doesn't work try removing all your mods and playing minecraft without the mods and then put your mod sback in the mod folder

Trial and error. I have over 200 mods and I know this mod has some compatibility issues. I think it is confirmed to struggle with Biomes of plenty and Alex's mob, but can't tell 100%.

If we chose any of them it lead rate back to that original question. What do u think I should do? Srry to bother u further about this...

@@StormFireArts Ensure that you've downloaded the 'launcher' version of Forge from the Forge website. Also, check that you have Java installed. After that open the Forge launcher jar file and the installation window should pop up (like in the video)
