Ok so i was having issues with it installing with tools i bypassed it by deselecting the bottom 3 tool options and so far its installing

It's for UEFI. For Legacy Boot you don't need an EFI System Partition. You can create a Simple Boot Partition Instead.

Go to your bios boot settings and select the kali boot option

mine too, and if go to bios, there is no other boot option other than the windows (i install kali on external hdd)

Yes, Its lightweight too. But be careful, its different from windows.. It might be problematic for those who do not know too much about Linux and stuff
