When i install it show error required file could not be downloaded. This mean ther version of the installer is no longer supported.

Could i channel shopify live data into an sql application?(This should be an application developed for a company of 50 employees mainly for the sake of generating reports and analytics)) Is this an easy process to undertake as a sql beginner? It says Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe). Exit code (Decimal: -2068051813Error description: The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
