How to Install OpenCV (cv2) on PyCharm with Ease! 

Thanks alot i even installed dlib through your video . But got error while [[ERROR:0@0.608] global persistence.cpp:519 cv::FileStorage::Impl::open Can't open file: 'haarcascade_frontalface_default.xml' in read mode Traceback (most recent call last):] tried the solution shown in this video but the cv2 file was bot there in the site-packages, but I have and cmd says opencv-python has already been installed please help me with thhis🙏
