Chip strip

2.Pay attention to the front and back when placing the two printheads, and place the smooth side underneath. Next, insert the chip strips of the print head one by one into the green decryption board on the top. Top to top, left to left, the side with the words is still on the outside.
Ink head
3.CMYK four transparent thin tubes are inserted into the milky white ink heads, and they are placed on the nozzle positions one by one (the four-color nozzle position is inside)
4.White ink head installation: first remove the screws, install on the front nozzle, and then install the screws.
5.Connecting tubes: There are two white transparent thin tubes, one of which is with a white color inserted on the right side of the white ink head, and the other transparent thin tube is inserted on the left.

6.Start to install the ink shell, place the ink base on the machine, align the two round holes, and you can see the four holes, and then place the five ink bottles in the order of CMYK+W from right to left. As shown in the figure, continue to install the shell.
7.The four colors of CMYK should correspond one by one, don’t insert wrong, insert the white tube to the end
8.The top white tube in the internal instrument is inserted into the middle of the three sockets on the outer white ink bottle, and the other is inserted into the outermost socket of the white ink bottle.
9.Liquid level alarm, the white ink bottle black wire plug socket is inserted into the white socket on the green chip, beware of the button battery is dead, remember to replace the button battery
Software:
Step 1. Template → select similar → select reverse → shrink (wait 2-3 minutes) → create a new spot color channel (name select W1, density 100%) → save
Step 2. Open Montai DTP→click File→New File→OK→Select Software Screen→The third button in the third row at the top left→Import the saved file made in step 1→Adjust to the picture size→Paper settings (film The normal specification is 60, the effective area is 58, and the paper format is horizontal → click confirm → typesetting
Step 3. Print settings → Automatically set paper → open the printing software → load the picture set in step 2 just now, select the number of copies you need.
