I was going crazy trying to connect……FINALLY I realized there are two APPS and I had the LITE version that didn’t recognize it…when I uploaded the other app it was SO EASY…..I have two fountains …they are a god send…..I’ve had cats all my life and their breath was awful…hardly ever drank water…..developed kidney problems at around 10….ish….NOW with the fountain my cats drink so much! AND THE bad breath is gone and I expect much better longevity

Do you have to calibrate again when refilling/cleaning the fountain or simply clean and refill and when you place it back on it will recognize that water has been refilled?
Thanks for contacting us. I'm very sorry if our instructions were not clear enough. Please note that after the first successful calibration, the fountain does not need to be recalibrated for cleaning or water changes as long as you do not reset the fountain or initiate a recalibration. After cleaning or replacing the water, please wait patiently for a period of time (several minutes) for the base to recheck the amount of water in the fountain. I can’t connect it to the app it says no device found even tho my phone is right next to it and it’s working. I also can not connect it manually because it’s says to press a stupid Wi-Fi button on the fountain but there is no button
Mine has more pieces than is shown in the manual and in this video. I have an extra plastic piece and band. I think they are supposed to go under the water tray but they aren’t mentioned anywhere.
Does this work while not connected to the charger? One of the main reasons i bought it, but it immediately turns off once i unplug it? Probably will return if I cant do this. Also the app doesnt record anything? I feel like this things defective put of the box or Im missing something major.
So now I have to have two apps? Feeder on libro lite and the water fountain on libro? Ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong. Great products but come on. Two separate apps? Feeder won’t recognize on libro and water fountain won’t recognize on lite.

Complete nightmare to install. First it took an hour to finally get the verification email and now the Bluetooth isn’t finding the machine Returning it to Amazon. Total piece of crap
