I did install as showed on a video. However, I still have a lot of movement at the head of the car seat especially. If I push it lightly, it doesn’t move much, but if I put enough force into it, it moves quite a lot
Do we leave it attached to the loop that was in the compartment that the latch was stored in? Also, the manual showed the part of the latch that you tighten like a seatbelt was on the other side of the car seat. Does it matter?
When installing the Poplar/Poplar S convertible car seat rear-facing with the lower connectors, you should leave the latch strap attached to the loop that was in the compartment where the latch was stored. This helps keep everything attached to the seat. As for the latch strap, the tightening mechanism should be on the side of the car seat that makes it easiest for you to pull and tighten securely. This helps ensure a proper and safe installation. If you need further clarification or have any other questions, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!
