Hi bro, I have a question but it's not related to this video. Where do you check the Front Differential Oil in 2009 Corolla? My Toyota Scheduled Maintenance Guide book said to inspect it at 90,000 miles but I dont know where to look, and what do you look for when you inspect it. Thanks in advance!
I've never changed the differential oil myself, I've sent it to a dealer to change. However, if you look on the bottom of the car and where the transmission is, there should be a pan bolted on and there is also a plug coming out of that. You can remove the pan on the transmission, but be careful, oil will pour out if you remove the pan. Lastly the filter is underneath that pan and bolted on. Just remove that and bolt in another one. Also, make sure you seal the transmission pan completely. I hope this helped you.
Absolutely! Thank you! I appreciate your feedback and thank you for watching! www.rallyarmor.com/index.php/universal-mud-flaps-basic-mud-flaps-c-60_116_169?osCsid=mo6i5os1o0hd2rd4ga13evr236
Good afternoon, I have a 2012 Corolla with almost 54,000 miles and my mom has a 2007 Camry 2.4L with 165,000 miles. Her car seems to shift a little more smoother than mine....why is this? Is it because I have a 4 speed and she has a 5 speed? She's never had her fluid changed, but I had mine changed, but never flushed.
+ThatTRDrolla that makes sense! I almost thought something was wrong with my car...I didn't know what made me think all transmissions are extremely smooth or else there's a problem
It's not the smoothest transmission, I can notice it shifting, but also, all transmissions feel different too. There probably isn't anything wrong with your transmission.
