If you are unable to install, it can be due to your computer’s name does contain a space. If so, you can change "npm-cache" folder (hidden) to another path, using command : "npm config set cache C:\tmp odejs pm-cache --global" Source: github.com/zkat/npx/issues/146

If you made your react folder in you c drive in the same directory where your Program Files are located, type "cd eact" without the quotes in the command prompt.

If you are having a problem to run 'npm start' . Error might be 'template not provided' try to uninstall react globally and create new react app 1. npm uninstall -g create-react-app 2. npx create-react-app reactjs Happy coding.
