Lord Whytcross thank you kindly for this guide sir. In past those making video's would give reference to the mod update in this case was 5.0 I believe. Yet other video's similar to yours would lack the information in relation to what beta version of Bannerlord to set to in order for things to work properly. Your information in video covered this fully making it easy for everyone. You are also the first i've seen to suggest a mod manager in their guide which many will no doubt find most helpful. Lastly i'll be adding a +1 for making a comment while in character in my intro

can't get past the opening loading screen the horseman on the lower right corner is stuck

Did everything correctly, multiple times. When launching from nova, it says "cannot load:modules\bannerlord ( a bunch of harmony files). This has been far and away the most irritating mod process I've ever dealt with.

Wish you showed the novus download bc mine is blank and u skipped a crucial part

My novus launcher opens and just shows bannerlord at the top and mods and presets on the side and won’t let me click on any of them please help I’m going crazy I fix one problem and another one happens

I just can't get past the opening loading screen even. I have all the required mods, use the launcher but always freezes on the loading screen if I have ROT enabled.

I put the four rot modules in the bannerlord modules folder but the dont show up on the novus launcher but other mods which I downloaded using the exact same steps do load? am I missing something??

hey dude thanks for the video it was the most recent and intuitive. I have to say these guys in the comments are whining lol. I used your tutorial at first, however I came to a roadblock as idk what im doing modding, they require an additional file uiextenderex which requires BLSE. I got it working using vortex anybody could do it if I did it.

Anybody else having the game crash in the bannerlord loading screen? the loading horse stops moving and it wont load whatsoever past that point

When I try to download the mod, instead of being in a folder, it comes out as a file and then doesn't load in game. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Mod won't work for me either. I guess I'll go to the discord and seek further assistance. I've never seen so many comments under a mod installing video saying they can't use the mod and don't know what to do. Not saying it's your fault WS, but it seems that this mod is very far from being in a stable or even playable state for many users. Very sad. I've no idea if this is highly unusual for a Bannerlord mod or not. My experience is mainly with Total War mods.

man, i downloaded normally as in video but for some reason game crashes every time after 1-2 minutes of playing... Can you help me somehow?

Greetings Noble Lords! Just coming back to the page to leave a comment about realm of thrones. First like to let you know you are not alone in the struggles to get mods working properly with Bannerlord. Many are playing M&B warband as a result. It is so you can still game have fun while Bannerlord gets more patch's and of course the modders have to update things also and this is where the problem comes from. When you load look at the list of conflicting mods. Yes, they do say mods work with updated versions but conflicts remain. The only mod I have found that works is Eagle rising mod. My suggestion to you all is try to reduce how many mods you are using. Break it down to the basics then once you have it working add more mods troubleshoot that way. Lastly, mod manager and subbing in different versions as you reference the errors on load screen. If you got your mods off Moddb then get all your mods from there. If you went to Vortex then only do the same there also to avoid other conflicts. A discord to discuss such things and share ideas, and find others to game with would be great if you have one Lord Whytcross.

When I download ROT it only shows ROT-Content. I followed the link and am not sure what i'm doing wrong

I watched every video on RU-vid about ROT on how to install and still no luck this is extremely difficult

I tried it with the new 1.2.9 on moddb that released a few days ago and it does not seem to work, it instantly stops after pressing play in the launcher

i get to the main menu but when i hit either Custom battle or New game it freeze for a second then crashes and i can not get the Novus Launcher to see any of my mods

Iv faced a problem. Everything works fine. But there is a thing. I dont have a snow in cities or battlefields. On the global map there is a asnow. But when im loading in to the battle or city there is none. Not even behind the wall. Is ruins my gameplay Does any one had this problem>?

Guys download rbm mod aswell and if the horses freezes just leave it. It’s loading shaders takes a bit don’t need the novus launcher either with the rbm

game just crashes every time i open it

I got the mod installed and clicked into the realm and it worked. Then I exited the game and tried it later and now everytime I click “into the realm” the whole mod crashes. Anybody know why this is?

hey so I tried loading up the mod, I made it into the title screen, but once I clicked the "into the realm" button and in the middle of the loading process, I get something called a crash report and cant seem to get past that point. do you know what my problem is and if so what do I need to do to fix it?

Every time I open "Launch Me" it opens for a quick second and immediately closes itself out completely. Any ideas on whether i did something wrong or what i could do to fix the issue. I tried re downloading it, and tried running it as admin as well, neither fixed the issue

Idk whats happening but when i use the Launch me it doesnt unblock the .dlls

Please help "cannot load: ..\..\modules\ROT-Core\bin\win64_shipping_client\ROT.dll " (i did unlock all dll in the novus settings tab) I got further into the load sequence by launching from steam again but then it disallowed "ROT core" in steam mods and i can't tick it again. Launching from novus still gives me the error code at the start of my mesg.

It takes time to load the game, just wait if you are on the loading screen with the "horse" in the corner. Takes 0-30 min first time.. And if the "Unlock" Script deny you to run it, just head to the game folder. Go to modules and unlock all DLL files manually. You have to go through Harmony, Extended and the "Core" and unlock the files... This can be done via rightclick on the dll file, open properties and choose "unlock" in General tab. Then press apply and so on. GLHF ❤

I installed RBM with this mod. Unfortunately, the stats of even cool plate armor are so low that wearing this armor protects the character as if they were made of paper. It’s probably impossible to play BannerLord without RBM. they definitely need to do something with paper armor because it's very strange
