Brilliant! I’m now confident to do this tm, loads of good tips in here. When you cut out a strip for fabric fasteners like on the bottom, you will have heat on both sides right, Just not the sides of your cut
Heat and current runs side to side, so make any cuts 'across' the pad, taking care not to go through the side wires. Any front to back or top to bottom cuts will cause cool sections
