Hi love, you have beautiful hair. The last 2 years I noticed my hair has become fine too. I've started using the target brand biotin plus keratin 10000 mcg and olaplex. I recommend Olaplex 3 ,6, 8 as my favorite I've seen a real difference in the health of my hair.

its a get in real quick and get out. very little damage and pressure to the hair overall..i moved from full wigs to a ponytail but thats not a long term solution. and i dont like sleeping with anything on my hair and im growing my hair out. great video!
