All these guys are doing is compressing the springs. This should be called coil spring chicanery. As this is gonna stiffen your suspension. A lot. A lift kit raises the suspension mounting points while leaving your shocks to work the way you originally intended. If your spring adjusters are maxed out, like all these guys videos seem to show, then upgrade your springs!! You have to do all the same work to install a gimmicky spacer on your already sagged out stock springs. And a quality upgraded set of springs will last a lot longer than your factory ones that are obviously worn beyond their expected life span. This is NOT a good idea.
