Where did you get this door from? I love this tutorial, but I'm having a hard time finding door slabs large enough without a pre-drilled hole for a handle
Almost a great design. I see issues with the roller wheels at the bottom of the door. Dirt accumulation, carpeting, wear and tear on wooden floors. The traditional pocket doors or wall mounted sliding doors with the rollers and soft close, soft open mechanism located at the top of the door are a much better design. is it possible to mount the wall hardware beside door opening not above like in the tutorial? In case of a room-height door ( door opening from floor to ceiling )
The directions and the service rep I talked to were NO help. No where on the site or pre order information does it state you need to have the door 7-10" wider than the opening - and the header 3" shorter.
