Don’t just watch the video. At 12:00 he installs the bottom track without mentioning to first install the glide block assembly. You’ll then need to uninstall the bottom track to install the glide block assembly.

I'm planning to use this door along with the matching base but not the surround. Do I need to compensate for the difference of thickness between the surround and a tile wall? I looks like the surround extends farther into the room than a tile wall would.
