How to install the Husqvarna rapid replace universal weed trimmer head echo speed feed 400 killer 

I got a new Husqvarna weed eater a month ago and have nothing but problems with the head. There's 2 layers inside the head but it only feeds one layer and when one side of the sting gets low it doesn't feed anymore on that side and within maybe 3 to 5 minutes the other side doesn't feed anymore and the inside string is basically knotted up and damages the line. I was in the lawn business for 5 years and never had this happen

Just picked up one today. I got it all together and it doesn’t extend my wire when i bump it down, any knowledge on this?

Does it have the ability to buy just the plastic cover when it wears out like the echo 400 I have .you can buy only the covers for 10 bucks .
