I bought a 2014 Silverado and had these running boards on it and installed exactly the same way but I noticed that the front steps are too far forward. So getting in and out of my truck is actually a pain!! I always step like right we’re the front step ends so it’s awkward. Did anybody else notice this?
+Anthony, We do have these steps available for your vehicle. Here is a link and if you have any questions chat in or give us a call at 877-216-5446. www.realtruck.com/rbp-black-rx3-nerf-bars/rbp-1508b-rx3.html
I purchased these for my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 double cab 4X4 almost a year ago. I've noticed in the last few months that the passengers steps have begun to rattle and at times squeak. I've checked for bolt tightness a multitude of times and those are not the issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
Hello Jessica, We have a full Tech Team available to assist you with this situation. We would be more than happy to see pictures of the issue, give you some advice and try to resolve the issue as simply as possible.
I wish these went into the frame like rock sliders. Is there a weight limit? I feel if you got in a tight spot and bottom one out it'd do some serious damage.
+Tylor Sexton 450lbs. So they won't hold your truck up, but the Auto Manuf. are designing these bodies with alot of reinforcements and since that is were the OE ones go as well I am sure they had that in mind.
