This is a wireless camera which doubles as a spy camera. It communicates via a WiFi network with a phone. The WiFi also links this camera to the internet to enable remote view through the V380 app designed for this camera.
This video takes you through a step by step process on how to install this camera from the beginning to the end till the camera is fully installed and ready for use.
This video can be used by beginners and those with no prior knowledge of CCTV Camera installation.

It is not supposed to be so. When you feed a wifi network to your camera, you can access your camera wherever you are in the world.

Yes, you can move it around, provided the location is within the coverage of your router. In case you are connecting the camera direct to your phone without a router, your new locations should he within the reach of your access point and your phone

Ghar mein camera install kiya hai. Cemera wifi se connected hai. Aur ghar mein jab hu tab mobile mein live footage aa raha hai. Par jab office se ghar ka live footage dekhne ki koshish kar rahi hu kuch nahi aa rha. Continuous "connecting" dikha rha hai. Office mein network issue nahi hai. Baki sare app chal rha hai. Ghar mein wifi ke liye router hai. To remote virwing kaise hua camera ka? Ghar mein baithke hi ghar ka footage mil rha hai. Ghar ke bahar jane se footage nahi mil rha.

There are two things that might be happening. 1. There might not be internet on the router linked to the camera. OR 2 The internet has not been well configured onto the camera. Please check those two situations and let me have your feedback

It is a normal lamp holder and you may even decide to use a holder for normal light bulb which is already installed. If you are not very conversant with Electrical works, you may have to ask an electrician to install the lamp holder for you.

Without a wifi, you can connect it direct to your phone via the access point of the camera. In that case you cannot access the camera over the internet when you are far away from home or office where it is installed.

You can use the hot spot of a phone as Internet source to the camera but you can't use thesame phone for remote view of your camera.

Is it that it gets full and the recordings stop? Or there is space and yet it stops? If it is that it gets full and stops, you will have to choose overwrite when the drive is full. Perhaps your recording quality is high, thereby making the recordings very large in size. If there is space and yet it stops, it might be a recording setting chosen. Please contact me by WhatsApp when you try and do not make any headway.

Yes, you can view it wherever you are in the world, once you have Internet on the router.

The camera comes with a Reset pin that you can press and hold for a brief moment to have the camera Reset.

I suspect you are using a TF card, which is a smaller version of the SD card. Please get a holder to place it in and try it again.

You can use two cameras concurrently. You can just add the second camera through the add camera process i illustrated for adding the first camera

You need to setup an emergency power supply instead of the UPS. In later videos, i will be sharing my knowledge on how to setup back power for CCTV and for other purposes. That will be a major area that i will cover expensively. Am preparing towards that.
