No it is not help full. Why you did not locate and start the XAMPP rather than just clicking on checkbox here. I am in trouble and going from one video to another to find it but everyone has done the same stupidity.

I got error when i click the start in both apache and my sql only apache changings its color green but sql is not changing and shows error "mysql shutdown unexpectedly" What can i do now...??
Apache is not working in my xampp. It is showing.. The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstall the program may fix this problem... I tried and install the latest Xampp but doesn't work
if you have previously installed MySQL standalone it uses that port, u have 3 options, go to another port for example 3307, change Mysql port and use the default, unintstall mysql. I had this issue and resloved it with a little help from chatgpt.
Search for the error that appears to you on RU-vid, I just solved the same problem with a tutorial, but it is so complicated to explain the steps here.
