I noticed that too. But I just marked the inside area of the latch plate guide (there are two lines on the inside, I marked those with a pencil) then just stuck the latches where I had marked. Mine worked perfectly. Hope that helps
Yes it's different. I put the top receiver into the line up device with the lock and stuck it the top side first then took the film of the lock and it worked great. No need to pencil anything.
