What he told here, is INSANELY important, when we have a goal, suppose an exam is scheduled at the year end, and it's January right now, you won't worry much about it and time will fly by and you'll just keep adjusting you syllabus completion according to the time left for the exam, and in the end you'll be left to cry as you realise you have done nothing, happened to me, but I learned from it, and this lesson has made my life, I am in the college I deserve, qualified for it.

What a gift! The way how you present and explain the context is breathtaking. Your cherish approach so lighten with positivity, love and humor, is beyond the ordinary. Thanks Swamiji for the beautiful explanation on external and internal motivation. External motivation comes from outside, and so can be influenced by external factors. But internal motivation comes from inside and it has best impact on our mind. It requires a strong reason "why?". Once we get the answer, our soul align the intellect, then the intellect convince the mind to perform the maximum effort. When we think of death, any moment we may die, then we will rise above the bodily attachment and give 100% mind on God and do complete surrender to God. Then we receive the Grace of God.
